• Role: Conversational AI Engineer
• Location: Canada – Remote (Must be based in Canada and legally authorized to work without current or future sponsorship)

Role Overview & Key Requirements:

• Focus: Architecture and design of Conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow CX, CCAI Insights, CCAI Agent Assist, and Vertex AI Agent Builder.
• Experience:
  • 8+ years demonstrating technical concepts (pre-sales/consulting/white-boarding with clients).
  • 5+ years designing cloud architectures (GCP/AWS/Azure).
  • 5+ years in core Conversational AI / Contact Center domain (voice, chat, call routing, CRM/telephony integrations).
• Skills: Strong proficiency in conversational design, cloud platforms, and consulting with external business and IT stakeholders. Bilingual in French or Spanish is a plus.
• Travel: Up to 10%.
